Ready to create your practice, version 2.0?

In this mini-immersion (or bootcamp if you prefer), you will explore ways to scale your practice (up or down) so you can move towards a place of mastery, mastery of your own body & practice that is.

There is more to YOUR practice than what can be taught in a 60-minute class. And there is more personalization that can be done when you have time to break it down one on one and explore what works for you. This is what Yoga Expanded is all about. Think of this as a small group one on one where you will learn to

 

Transition with Ease

✨ Step from one pose to the next with very little effort

✨ Flow through the vinyasa gracefully

✨ Learn to decelerate your body as you move from pose to pose

This is all about fluid motion, how to move from pose to pose and the tips and tricks needed to take less steps to get to where you are going, making your practice look more like a dance or work of art.

Personalize Your Poses & Practice

✨ You can turn triangle into a backbend

✨ You can step into revolved 1/2 moon from twisting triangle

✨ Maybe you want to rotate between 4 variations of side plank

This is all about exploring and expanding on the standard shape of the poses you see most often in a class. This is where you learn to color outisde of the lines!

Scale It Up!

✨ The teacher calls yogi squat, learn to scale up and do crow.

✨ The teacher calls yogi twisting char, learn to scale up and do side crow

✨ The teacher calls lizard, scale up and do flying lizard

This is all about learning how to scale up your practice and add in poses that are fun for you to explore without being prompted by the teacher. This is where you stop waiting and start taking initiative in your own practice.

 

It is recommended that you feel comfortable with the standard poses you see in most of our classes to enroll in this course series.
